How to clean Canetis panels?

 

Remove dust and dirt with a stiff plastic bristle brush. Use distilled water to remove stains. Always use a soft, clean cloth and dry it.

 

What is the warranty on Canetis products?

There is a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Variations in the dye batch may occur, we will advise you  so suggest to request a sample before ordering for confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be billed to the latter. If the buyer claims exemption from these taxes, it will be the buyer's responsibility to provide us with an appropriate exemption certificate with the order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

·      Our deadline is as follows:

·      Sheet products: 1-2 weeks

·      Standard products: 4 weeks

·      Customized products: 6-8 weeks after receiving approved designs

What happens if I need to modify or cancel an order?

After confirming your order, it will require written authorization from us to be changed or canceled by you.

Special order items and items already in production cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances. All sheet products are considered to be in production once they have been cut. Other standard items already in production are subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

Can I return a product?

No return of merchandise will be accepted without your consent and shipping instructions from us. A minimum of 50% restocking charge is applied to all returns authorized for credit or refund, provided that we receive the goods in the condition in which they left the factory. No credit will be given if the products cannot be reused. Special order items are not subject to return.

What are the colors and thicknesses of a CANETIS sheet in general?

Acoustic panels are available in 58 colors, all 9mm (3/8 ") thick

and 12 mm (1/2 ").

Do you provide custom prints on the panels?

Yes. We offer a series of prints on polyester panels. We also offer printing on a personalized basis and quoted per project on the basis of the signature file provided by the client. Samples must be approved in writing by customer before production.
